PROMOTING WITH A PASSION FOR CHRIST - AND CHRISTIAN MUSIC

PREMIER EXTENDS WELCOME TO NEWEST MEMBER - SHANE QUICK

(High Point, North Carolina) - March 26, 2007

Shane Quick lives up to his name. In his emergent career Quick became known as the owner of one of the fastest-growing concert promotion companies in the country.

“I’ve been involved with music my entire life,” he said. “When I was a kid I remember traveling the country with my mother’s gospel group. I was a drummer in my high school marching band and I played in several garage bands. I started promoting small shows at my home church when I was 18.”

In 2002, this self-starter promoted his first contemporary Christian concert as the owner of Real Life Promotions, based in Cullman, AL. By the time he merged with Premier Productions, owned by Gary Gentry and Roy Morgan, in August of 2006, Quick had already promoted 34 shows that year, including such artists as Casting Crowns, MercyMe, Jeremy Camp and Third Day.

“In just 4½ years, we were considered the ‘go-to’ promoter in the Southeast,” he said. So, why switch gears and join Premier? It was an opportunity he couldn’t refuse and a way for both companies to do even more, he said.

“Anyone who’s promoted shows in this industry knows Premier Productions,” said Quick, who first heard about Premier through the company’s outrageously popular WinterJam Tour. “I’ve always looked up to these guys. Their ability to cover the entire country with quality concerts for 10 straight years is nothing short of amazing.”

Likewise, the owners of Premier proclaim their confidence in Quick and certainty in his abilities, skills and potential as their new Vice President of Concerts.

““We believe the addition of Shane to The Premier Group will establish and grow the company to a new level over the next 10 years and more,” said Morgan, one of the Premier founders.

After much prayer, God gave Shane and his wife Kim a peace about the merger and the subsequent move to the High Point, N.C. office of The Premier Group, the parent company of Premier Productions.

“We saw a special opportunity to reach the entire country with the great message of Jesus Christ,” Shane said. “We have a passion to see Christian-based music grow. It’s also great to be a part of such a talented team. These guys have done more in 10 years than most do in an entire career.”

As the Vice President of the Concert Division at Premier, Shane’s goals are to create innovative marketing strategies; develop new markets while maintaining existing ones; initiating new properties – tours, conferences, festivals, etc.; and recruiting and training outstanding regional directors. Since 2004, he has worked with the Gospel Music Association MAPS Steering Committee, planning and creating seminars for GMA Week, as well.

When he’s not working, Shane enjoys traveling, playing drums and working with teenagers. He and his wife Kim have one son, Ethan. If Shane had to choose one word to describe himself, he said, it would be “passionate.”

Welcome to Premier’s newest member!
