Chris Tomlin Releases ‘Waterfall’ Music, Wins Billboard Award

Last week sixsteprecords released Chris Tomlin’s new “Waterfall” to iTunes, the first radio single from Tomlin’s soon to be released 2014 album. The single has already reached the Top 25 on the National Christian Audience Chart. “Waterfall” held the No. 1 spot on the iTunes Christian & Gospel Chart last week and is currently at No. 4.Internationally acclaimed recording artist and worship leader, Tomlin won the Billboard Music Award for Top Christian Artist at Sunday’s show on ABC. The win follows Tomlin’s 2011 award for “Our God,” as the Top Christian Song and garnering him the Top Christian Artist award, too.Tomlin has been nominated in three categories for the upcoming KLOVE Fan Awards, which will be held Sunday, June 1 at the Grand Ole Opry House. Nominations include Performer of the Year, Male Artist of the Year, and Worship Song of the Year for “God’s Great Dance Floor.” He is also schedule to perform at the awards ceremony, along with Hillsong UNITED, Steven Curtis Chapman, MercyMe, Francesca Battistelli and more.- credit The M Collective
