You could bump into a Casting Crowns band member at the grocery store and (maybe) not even recognize them. Mark Hall and the other six band members are the quintessential everyman band - humble, yet enormously talented. Their calling has been to participate in their local churches and their goal has been to build up the people who call themselves followers of Christ. They just happen to have sung before huge audiences around the world and sold more than 10 million albums.

This 10-million mark milestone comes on the heels of their recently released studio album, "The Very Next Thing," which hit the market last fall. This album stands as their 15th release and eighth studio album to date. The tour, which features Danny Gokey and Unspoken, will land in Springfield, MO on April 13 and Tupelo, MS on April 15.

“I think we all believe the gospel,” says frontman and lead singer Mark Hall. “We all want it, we’re just not sure what we’re supposed to do next. We’ve got this idea of an awesome walk with Jesus out there somewhere, and we’re looking for the bridge to get over to it. Serving God isn’t this giant dream a year from now. It’s not this thing He’s going to have you do in a month. It’s right now. Following God is the next word of love that I need to speak to somebody, the very next heart that needs to be encouraged. Ministry isn’t on Sunday; it’s not on a stage. It’s you, where you are, doing the next thing God tells you to do.”

Check out the new lyric video for "Oh My Soul," which paints a picture of one of the biggest struggles we all face - the struggle of fear. Fear seems to be more prevalent in our lives than ever before, but we have a God whose perfect love casts out every fear. If you haven't seen it yet - we encourage you to watch it and share with those you love! - credit
